“For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another” (Gal. 5:13). What are some ways “the flesh” seeks to rob us of our new found liberty in Christ? We’ve already seen how the flesh makes us want to “bite” and “devour” one another rather than lovingly serving one another (Gal. 5:15). This morning we will look at fifteen other actions that Paul describes as “works of the flesh” that seek to rob us of our joy, unity, and liberty in Christ and His Spirit. Join us!
